Pre-registration form
Please register as a team. This form is for pre-registration only and does not guarantee a slot. This is a DUPR-rated tournament — a DUPR account is required for each player. Upload a clear photo of each player's valid government ID (passport, SSS, driver's license, etc.) and a separate DUPR rating screenshot from the DUPR app. All submissions will be screened by the organizers. Approved applicants will receive an email with tournament details.
