Pickle Pro World
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Pickle Pro World collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
1. Who is responsible for your information
Pickle Pro World, operating as Pickle Pro World ("we", "us"), is the personal information controller for information collected through this website and its apps. Venues, coaches and tournament organizers who use Pickle Pro World also decide how they use the information you send them for their own bookings, lessons and events; for that information they act as separate controllers or as our partners, as described below.
You can reach our Data Protection Officer, Pickle Pro World Data Protection Officer, at privacy@pickleproworld.com.

Government ID images are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act. Do not upload one unless an event requires it, and never upload someone else's ID without their permission.
3. Our legal bases
We process personal information only when the Data Privacy Act allows it, namely:
- Contract: to provide the account, bookings and events you ask for.
- Consent: for sensitive personal information such as ID images, for optional features such as the AI assistant, and for players under 18 (given by a parent or guardian). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already done.
- Legal obligation: for tax, accounting and regulatory records.
- Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention and improving the service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
4. What other people can see
Pickle Pro World is a sports community, so some information is public by design:
- Your name, profile photo, ratings, ranking points and win/loss record on rankings and player profile pages.
- Team names, player names, club names, scores and standings on tournament brackets and live boards, which can be viewed without logging in.
- Community posts you mark as public.
Your email address, mobile number, birthdate, ID images and payment screenshots are never shown publicly.
5. Who we share information with
- Venues, coaches and tournament organizers you book with or register for, so they can deliver the service and verify payments and eligibility.
- PayMongo processes online card and e-wallet payments. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Hostinger hosts the website, database and email; Brevo and SendGrid may deliver transactional emails when needed.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above store or process data outside the Philippines. When that happens we rely on the provider's contractual and security commitments so your information remains protected to the standard the Data Privacy Act requires.
7. How long we keep information
- Account and player information: while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize it, except match results that form part of published tournament records (shown without your contact details).
- Government ID images and payment screenshots: only as long as needed to verify the related event or payment and to resolve any dispute about it.
- Payment and sales records: for the period required by Philippine tax and accounting laws.
- Security logs: for as long as needed to investigate and prevent abuse.
8. How we protect information
We use HTTPS, store passwords as one-way hashes, limit login attempts, restrict ID images, receipts and private messages to authorized accounts, and limit staff access by role. No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach is likely to put you at real risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed; to access your information; to object to processing; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have information erased or blocked; to data portability; to damages; and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Email privacy@pickleproworld.com to use any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children
Players under 18 may use Pickle Pro World only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the minor's account. If you believe a minor has registered without that consent, contact us and we will act on it.
11. Automated features
Open Play matchmaking and tournament seeding use your rating, queue time and results to suggest matches or seeds, and some tournament pages show computer-generated podium predictions. These are suggestions for organizers and do not have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date, and tell you by email or in the app when a change is significant.
