1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Pickle Pro World you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Consent & Participation terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who we are and what we do

Pickle Pro World is operated by Pickle Pro World (Pickle Pro World — Philippines (update with DTI/SEC registration number)), Philippines (serving pickleball venues nationwide via pickleproworld.com). We provide an online platform where players can book courts and coaches, join Open Play sessions, register for tournaments, follow rankings and take part in a community.

Many courts, lessons and events are run by independent venues, coaches and organizers. Each listing shows who provides it. They are responsible for delivering their service, their facilities and their event rules; we are responsible for operating the platform.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for you and supervises your use.
• Give accurate information, including your real name and birthdate, because tournament categories and eligibility depend on them.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person, one player account. Do not register on behalf of someone else without their permission.

4. Bookings and payments

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by PayMongo (cards, GCash, Maya and other supported methods). Where a venue or organizer accepts direct GCash or bank transfer, your booking is confirmed only after they verify your payment screenshot and reference number.
• A booking held while you complete payment may be released if payment is not completed.
• Submitting a false, edited or reused payment screenshot is fraud. We will cancel the booking, may suspend the account and may report it to the authorities.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Pro Pass membership

• A Pro Pass is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically; buying again before it ends adds another 30 days.
• The Pro Pass includes the benefits listed on the membership page at the time you buy it.
• Venue Club Memberships are separate products offered by individual venues on their own terms.

6. Tournaments and Open Play

• Registration may require identity and age verification, including a government ID image, and is subject to the organizer's approval, category limits and rules.
• Organizers decide seeding, schedules, court assignments, results and disputes under their published rules.
• Ratings, rankings, matchmaking suggestions and podium predictions are provided for information and fun. They are not official ratings unless an organizer says so, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

7. Health, safety and assumption of risk

Pickleball is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, should play only if you are fit to do so, and must follow venue safety rules. Venues and organizers are responsible for the condition of their facilities and the conduct of their events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for death or injury caused by fraud, bad faith or gross negligence.

8. Community rules

When you post, message or upload you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against anyone;
• post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, gambling or betting promotions, or spam;
• share other people's personal information, IDs or photos without their consent;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted photos and logos;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a club, venue or sponsor.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it on Pickle Pro World for as long as it is on the service, so that we can operate the features you use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, probe or disrupt our systems, bypass security or rate limits, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Pickle Pro World name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Venue, club and sponsor names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during maintenance or outages at our providers. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will offer a pro-rated refund or equivalent credit.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of venues, coaches, organizers or other users. Our total liability to you for any claim about the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that cannot be waived.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, commit fraud or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payments owed, liability limits and dispute terms) continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Consumers may also seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry. Any court action shall be filed in the proper courts of the city where our principal office is located, without prejudice to any consumer's right to sue where the law allows.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
