Pickle Pro World
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can cancel and when you are entitled to a refund for court bookings, coach lessons, Open Play, tournaments, Pro Pass and restaurant orders.
You always get a full refund when: you were charged twice or charged for a booking that was never created; the venue, coach or organizer cancels; the venue is closed or unusable at your booked time; or we reject a payment that was valid. These rights apply regardless of the "non-refundable" labels below and do not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
1. Court bookings
- You can cancel a court booking from My Bookings. The slot is released for other players.
- Cancellations made by you are not refundable, because the venue has held the court for you. You will see this warning before you confirm.
- If you paid by direct GCash or bank transfer and the venue rejects your payment screenshot, no booking is created. If the money did reach the venue, contact the venue or us with your reference number and it will be returned.
2. Coach lessons
- Lessons are non-refundable once paid if you cancel or do not attend.
- If the coach cancels or does not show up, you get a full refund or, if you prefer, a rescheduled lesson.
3. Open Play sessions
- A registration still awaiting payment approval can be cancelled from My Bookings at no cost.
- Paid registrations are non-refundable if you cancel, unless the session organizer's listing says otherwise.
- If a session is cancelled or rained out, it is rescheduled or you receive a full credit or refund, as stated on the session page.
4. Tournaments
- To withdraw without a fee refund, submit a withdrawal request from your team page.
- To request a fee refund, submit a refund request from your team page. Coach, payment officer, and admin accounts review the queue. Approving removes your team from that category; the organizer arranges the money return.
- Whether a withdrawal or refund is granted, and how much is returned, follows the organizer's published event rules.
- If the organizer cancels the event or your category, entry fees are refunded in full.
5. Pro Pass
- A Pro Pass gives 30 days of access and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Once activated it is non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or if we stop providing its benefits before your 30 days end (then you get a pro-rated refund).
6. Restaurant orders
- Ask staff to cancel an order before it is prepared for a full refund.
- If an item is wrong, missing or not delivered, tell the venue staff straight away for a replacement or refund.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@pickleproworld.com within 30 days of the booking date with your name, the booking or order details, the amount, the payment method and your reference number.
- We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and, where the venue, coach or organizer is responsible, coordinate with them.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and e-wallet refunds through PayMongo can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or e-wallet.
8. Questions or disagreements
If you are not satisfied with how a refund request was handled, contact us first. You may also seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
